Hey there!

Popping in to let you know that today is that last day to buy prints from my Etsy shop where I’ve been selling photography to raise funds to cover travel expenses for my volunteer trip with Beirut and Beyond to Lebanon and Jordan in a few weeks.

I’m going as a volunteer storyteller, which means lots of photography, design support, writing, video, and more. I wear a lot of creative hats, so I jump in where I’m needed to make sure these stories are told well, truthfully, and beautifully in any and all creative media that I can offer.

It’s what I do.

I’m donating my time, creativity, skills, and travel experience to help Beirut and Beyond and their partners serve Palestinian refugees in Shatila camp and Bourj el Barajneh in Beirut, Lebanon, and Gaza Palestinian refugee camp in Jerash, Jordan.

To be able to focus fully on creating the images, design work, and creative support these projects need, I needed to raise $5,000. This would cover flights, lodging, transportation, food, tech and gear to do my job in the field in unique environments, everything.

I’ve raised $4,000!! So, I’ve only go $1,000 more to go to be FULLY FUNDED!!

What a gift that will be. I’m proud I’m nearly to my goal. I’m proud of the way my community has shown up for me and for Palestinian refugees. I honestly think we can do it.
